TorchRunner does the work through a team of agents. You do not manage them individually most of the time. You brief Archie, the brain of the workspace, and Archie directs the right specialist to the right task. Think of it as a chief of staff and a back office that already knows your practice.

How the team is organized

Archie, the brain

Reads the whole picture, decides what needs to happen, and directs the specialists. This is who you talk to.
Below Archie sit three packs of specialists.

Universal pack

Always present, whatever your discipline: Marketer, Bookkeeper, Assistant, Integrator.

CFO pack

For finance operators: Controller, Treasurer, Banker.

COO pack

For operations operators: Analyst, Project Manager.

Why packs

A fractional CFO and a fractional COO do not need the same staff. Splitting the specialists into a universal core plus discipline-specific packs means your workspace carries the team that fits the work you actually do, without a roster of agents you will never use.

How the team does the work

The specialists do not act through magic. Each one owns a set of Runners, the pre-built pieces of repeatable work in your practice. When you brief Archie, the intent is routed to a specialist, and the specialist’s Runner does the job. That is why every Runner in the workspace shows its owner: accountability runs through the same org chart you are reading right now.
The roster reflects the full designed team. What is active in your workspace depends on your engagements and your access. Talk to Archie to see who is working for you right now.
